Shipping & Returns FAQ

  • We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders over $50 ship free — no code needed. Just add your favorite incense, candles, and botanicals to your cart and the discount will apply automatically at checkout.

  • All items are handmade and prepared with intention. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, plus 3–5 business days for USPS shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • We ship from Los Angeles, California using minimal packaging whenever possible.

  • At this time, we ship within the U.S. only but stay tuned! We’re working on expanding our offerings.

  • If you need something urgently, please email thecosmicbruja@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Due to the handmade and ritual nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time.

    If your item arrives damaged or you believe there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thecosmicbruja@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
